Choc Banana Chia Pudding

Packed with protein and vegan friendly, this is the perfect nutrition packed breakfast for those on the go (or busy mums!)
Prep & Cook Time : 5 minutes Serves: 1
Ingredients 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 scoop plant based protein (I use Morlife's Choc Cacao Plantiful Protein) 1/4 cup oats 1/2 banana, chopped 1 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
Directions 1. Best Made the night before. Add all the ingredients into a jar, mix well with a spoon. Add the lid on and shake well until contents mix.
2. the next morning your Chia Pudding is ready to enjoy!
