Choc Banana Chia Pudding

Packed with protein and vegan friendly, this is the perfect nutrition packed breakfast for those on the go (or busy mums!)

Prep & Cook Time : 5 minutes Serves: 1


Ingredients 1/4 cup chia seeds 1 scoop plant based protein (I use Morlife's Choc Cacao Plantiful Protein) 1/4 cup oats 1/2 banana, chopped 1 cup coconut water

1/2 cup water

Directions 1. Best Made the night before. Add all the ingredients into a jar, mix well with a spoon. Add the lid on and shake well until contents mix.

2. the next morning your Chia Pudding is ready to enjoy!

Yum!! I’ve been saving my jars in hopes of doing something like this & now I’ve found the perfect recipe! I already have all these ingredients too 😍 thanks so much! I’m gonna do this tomorrow.
